An invited nest is not appearing
Confirm both devices use iCloud Drive and CloudKit, open the invitation on the invited device, then leave Tidynest open briefly while the shared nest imports.
Notifications are missing
In iOS Settings, open Notifications > Tidynest and enable Allow Notifications, Lock Screen, Sounds and Badges. Also check Focus modes and Scheduled Summary.
A widget looks out of date
Open Tidynest once to refresh its shared snapshot. If needed, remove the widget and add it again after selecting the correct profile in the Nest tab.
How do rewards work?
Rewards are optional. An adult can attach an amount to a chore, approve completed work and record payouts from the Family screen.

Include your iPhone model, iOS version and a short description of what happened. Do not send family names, chore details or screenshots containing private information unless needed.
