Tidynest legal
Terms of Use
Last updated: 11 July 2026
These terms supplement Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement. By using Tidynest, you agree to use the app lawfully and to supervise its use by children in your household.
Household responsibility
The person creating or sharing a nest is responsible for invitations, member profiles, chore assignments, reward values and parental controls. Tidynest does not verify that a chore was performed or that a payout took place.
Rewards are family records
Pocket-money amounts, points and payout requests are organisational records only. Tidynest does not hold money, transfer funds, provide banking services or guarantee payment.
iCloud and device services
Sync, sharing, notifications and widgets depend on Apple services, compatible devices, network access and device settings. Delays or interruptions can occur outside Tidynest’s control.
Purchases
Any in-app purchase is processed by Apple and is subject to Apple’s payment, refund and family-sharing rules shown at purchase. Features and prices may change in future versions where permitted by law.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse invitations, attempt to access another household without permission, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use the app to threaten, exploit or harm another person.
Availability and changes
The app is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may be improved, changed or retired. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
